Description
Reporting to a Sales Manager, Sales representative is responsible for implementing comprehensive customer strategies for assigned accounts.
While coordinating with cross-functional departments within the business unit, the Account Manager owns the customer strategy and is accountable for the growth, profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.
[KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES]
+ Develops and deploys comprehensive customer strategies that improve the profitability and growth.
+ Clear understanding of our market share, competitive position, and profitability at each assigned account.
+ Works in conjunction with sales management to deploy comprehensive pricing strategies which are market driven, based on value provided to the customer and competitive alternatives.
+ Develops and deploys the customer interface strategy (points of contact, frequency) and builds strong relationship with key decision makers, developing coaches and sponsors as necessary.
