Your day-to-day
As a member of the global Webfleet team, you will have to deliver the following:
Updating balances and account statements for customers and suppliers
Administrative follow-up
Management of accounts receivable
Balance reconciliation
Creation and stamping of invoices and payment slips
Reconciliation of invoices/payment slips between CONTPAQi and the internal system
Reviewing files and amending descriptions as requested by the client
Validating tax details as requested by the client
