Sales Support Executive – Food and Drinks Sector

Responsibilities

  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities
  • Lead generation via cold calling, networking and events
  • Supporting sales forecasting, pipelines and reporting
  • Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries
  • Supporting new customer set‑up, orders and documentation
  • Building strong client relationships and resolving queries promptly
  • Supporting sales growth through administration and KPI delivery

About You

  • Several years' experience in a commercial or sales support role (B2B advantageous)
  • Passionate and proactive
  • Confident, proactive and commercially minded
  • Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
