_This is a fully on-site position in Guadalajara, Jalisco_- Advanced english is a must_**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Create accurate and detailed service orders based on prior work completed for clients.
- Review customer requirements and specifications to ensure all necessary information is included in the order.
- Ensure 100% of eligible assets are on service orders and successfully transferred to the appropriate inside sales rep.
- Liaise with internal departments such as sales and operations to gather necessary information for order creation.
- Identify improvements to streamline the order creation process.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Run reports and find sales opportunitied (look at servics due to past clients).
- Build quotes and send to sales team- Submit order once sales closes the lead.
