Sales Training Manager Canada Region

Contribute to sales success as the Area Field Training Manager for Canada with Align. This full-time remote role demands travel and a focus on effective training and skill enhancement.

In this role, you will be a vital part of the North America Learning & Development team, implementing targeted training to empower sales representatives. You'll identify skill gaps through data analysis and partner with sales leadership to create actionable training programs. Coaching alongside Territory Managers will be a key part of your week.
