Job Summary:

The QA & Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing all Quality Assurance and Sanitation functions within the unit. This role ensures full compliance with food safety regulations, customer requirements, and company standards in a high-volume airline catering environment.

The position plays a critical role in maintaining audit readiness, managing sanitation effectiveness, driving corrective actions, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a strong food safety culture across Production and Final Assembly operations.
