You will join a large and dynamic SAP Competence Center and and contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of solutions supporting Customer Service and related logistics processes across global operations.
Working closely with internal SAP teams, IT departments, business stakeholders and external partners, you will contribute to major transformation initiatives and ensure the continuous improvement of SAP processes.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements to ensure alignment with global processes.
- Propose robust SAP CS solutions, configure the system, and support implementation activities.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with SAP developers and integration teams.
- Train key users, provide knowledge transfer, and support change management activities.
