SAP FICO / RTR Manager

Our client based in Toronto is seeking an experienced SAP FICO / RTR Manager to join a high-profile enterprise transformation initiative. This HYBRID role requires a strong SAP Finance lead with hands‑on implementation experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive finance workstreams within complex SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP Finance / RTR workstreams across large-scale SAP implementations
• Facilitate business blueprinting, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions
• Manage stream planning, governance, status reporting, risks/issues, and delivery execution
• Support integrations across SAP modules including SD, MM, PM, HR, and SuccessFactors
• Develop business process flows, test scripts, training materials, and project documentation
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across cross-functional teams
