Key Skills Required: Strong experience in SAP PLM Recipe Development Hands-on expertise in Process Industries (Pharma / Chemicals / FMCG preferred) Deep knowledge of Recipe Management & Specification Management Experience in Document Management System (DMS) Strong exposure to Change Records / Change Management processes Good understanding of SAP HANA SCM PLM modules Ability to work on end-to-end PLM lifecycle processes Preferred Profile: 810 years of relevant SAP PLM experience Strong domain knowledge in process industry manufacturing Ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders Good communication & problem-solving skills
