About the Role

The Adoption Office Team sets up scalable adoption capabilities and supports Customer Success Management (CSMs) globally, driving customer renewals, adoption, expansion/upsells, and references. During this internship you will learn the core dimensions of building a Customer Success organization and develop knowledge and capabilities in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Digital Supply Chain Solutions, Data Insights, Analytics, and Customer Success Strategy & Operations.
