About the Team
This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to our customer satisfaction goals and operational efficiency. You will work closely with our Commercial team and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support and service delivery. You will be responsible for facilitating accurate and timely information retrieval from O2I & Cash Collections, contributing directly to improving customer relationships.
