Job Summary

Reporting to the Team Manager, BBS, you will engage small business customers to understand and meet their current Business Account opening, Term and Trust Product, and Signing Officer changes needs. You will provide inbound and outbound sales support, complete Business Account and Signing Officer changes over the phone, promote suitable Business Account plan options, follow end‑to‑end procedures, and ensure compliance and accurate documentation. You will identify credit opportunities and submit credit requests for exposures under $50,000.
