School Psychologist Intern

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The School psychologist intern works with a supervising psychologist and is responsible for the identification, placement and follow-up of students referred for special education assessment at a specific school site. The school psychologist intern will also provide consultation to teachers and counseling of special education students under the supervision of supervising psychologist.

EDUCATION: Must meet the requirements for candidacy for Pupil Personnel Service Credential in School Psychology from an accredited institution.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Meet requirements for a psychologist internship through an accredited institution.
