Scientist, Sequencing Operations Leadership

Join EIT as a Scientist leading sequencing operations for the Pathogen Applications Team. This laboratory-based position will oversee centralized workflows and manage sequencing processes for multiple projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing streamlined workflows from sample intake to sequencing reporting. Your expertise in high-throughput sequencing will drive improvements and optimize operational protocols. You will also guide less experienced staff in daily tasks and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
