Job OverviewThe Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating the Scrum process for the development team and ensuring that the team is able to deliver high-quality work on time.
The Scrum Master will work closely with the development team to understand their needs and challenges, and will help them to overcome any obstacles that they may face.Responsibilities- Facilitate Scrum meetings, such as the daily stand-up, the sprint planning meeting, the sprint review meeting, and the sprint retrospective.
- Help the development team to estimate their work and plan their sprints.
- Ensure that the development team is following the Scrum process and is making progress towards their goals.
