Overview of the Role
We are looking for a delivery-focused Scrum Master to support Agile teams within a complex, multi-team transformation program. In this role, you will help teams stay aligned, remove blockers, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and support the successful delivery of projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and reviews
- Support Agile delivery across multiple teams and workstreams within a complex transformation program
- Partner with Product Owners, delivery leads, and stakeholders to ensure priorities, dependencies, and timelines are aligned
- Remove blockers and impediments that impact team productivity and delivery momentum
