Scrum Master

About the Role

The Scrum Master will support Fairstone Financial’s vision by managing application software development activities, driving integrated teams to deliver technology solutions that support key product initiatives, coaching agile principles, tracking performance, managing impediments, and ensuring high-quality, well-documented deliverables across engineering teams. The role includes leading daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, monitoring status of requirements, coordinating with program managers and PMO, and overseeing the Definition of Done process. The Scrum Master may also fill temporary positions within the team as needed.
