Description
The Dispatch Specialist will play a key role in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing orders from our valued external and internal customers. This position requires a swift and professional approach to overcoming service‑related challenges. We are looking for a candidate who brings experience in Customer Service and Dispatch to the table. Please note this is a seasonal/temporary position with a fixed‑term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures that all communication with customers (internal/external) is courteous, cordial, business‑like and timely.
- Efficiently covers phones for service calls to ensure departmental service level agreements are being met. Enters jobs on service tech schedules in the Benco Field Service Management (FSM) software throughout the day based on daily incoming customer requests.
