Description
Rocky Mountaineer is seeking a Seasonal Lead Guest Experience Specialist to help orchestrate guest operations in Jasper, AB, for the 2025 season. Your leadership skills will enhance the guest experience.
This full-time role is pivotal in supporting our team's daily operations. You will act as the primary contact for issue resolution and administrative support while managing the operational logistics of the Stations and Guest Centres. Your coaching skills and attention to detail will ensure our high service standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operations at guest centers and stations daily
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations
• Prepare reports and monitor communication flow
• Handle guest inquiries using CRM tools effectively
