From early April to June, you will oversee a team of seasonal merchandisers in our busy Garden Centre. Your leadership will drive successful visual merchandising and ensure high-quality customer service. You’ll also be responsible for staff training in product knowledge and safe merchandising practices, creating an inspiring environment for both staff and customers.
