Job Description

Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, the successful candidate will be a results‑driven, self‑starter who is always looking for opportunities for improvement, and has the ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment.

The position duration is of 2 to 3 weeks, starting ASAP, with opportunity to return for the next season.

Work location: 41 North St, O’Leary, PE C0A 1V0

Wages: $17.00 to $23.00 depending on your experience in heavy equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the mixing process.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment.
• Work in production line using designated equipment as directed.
• Prepare raw material for fertilizer mixing process.
