SECRETARY - SURABAYA

Requirements :

  • Maximum 28 years of age.
  • Diploma degree / Bachelor degree (preferably from Secretarial Academy/Business Administratioin) with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Having at least 2 years working experience in secretarial duties
  • Must be good in written dan conversational English, as well as in computer operations
  • Having a good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Job Description :

    To assist user(s) in administration field of work, such as (but not limited to):

  • Prepare proposals and presentation materials
  • Arrange & coordinate meeting schedules
  • Travel arrangement
  • Support for internal office administration procedures (accounting/general affair/human resource)
  • Work location: PB Taxand Surabaya
