What will you do?

• Develop, negotiate, and execute business objectives to enhance operational efficiency and improve client experience.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, controls, cost effectiveness, and user/customer relationships.
• Design and maintain an effective and cost-efficient organizational structure aligned with business needs.
• Ensure adherence to an effective Management Control Program, including proper use of escalation matrices.
• Manage the resolution of operational issues, ensuring timely corrective actions are taken and recurrence is prevented.
