Responsibilities

• Respond to guest and colleague concerns effectively
• Respond to trespassers and unauthorized persons found on property
• Respond to altercations and complaints, lockouts, in-room safe calls
• Assist in issuing rooms to new colleagues who may arrive after Staff Services hours
• Monitor and report any vehicle infractions – parking, speeding, dangerous driving, etc.
• Monitor and deal with wildlife situations within the property limits
• Respond to any activated fire prevention device (pre‑alarms, smoke alarms, rate of rise and heat alarms, fire bells), investigate causes and report finding...
