**1. Security Strategy & Operations**
+ - Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy aligned with Regent and IHG standards
+ - Oversee all security operations including access control, surveillance, patrols, and incident response
+ - Ensure 24/7 coverage across all areas (guest spaces, villas, beach, back-of-house, perimeter)
+ - Maintain a **visible yet discreet security presence**
**2. Risk Assessment & Mitigation**
+ - Conduct regular risk assessments covering physical security, operational risks, guest safety, and external threats
+ - Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk register and mitigation plans
