Security Manager - Hospitality

• Oversee daily security operations including incident response, patrols, access control, and emergency response procedures.
• Manage surveillance systems, alarm monitoring, access control systems, and physical security infrastructure.
• Maintain a professional and visible security presence throughout the property.
• Partner with senior operational leadership to ensure compliance with all gaming and security standards.
• Lead, schedule, and develop security and facilities teams across multiple shifts.
