Job Description: SOC Operator is a shift lead role, responsible for the oversight of the security platoon Responsible for orienting guards to their respective roles Assist in tracking and deployment of security staff Monitor and operate numerous command centre systems including, access control, CCTV, fire and life safety. Make emergency overhead announcements Collaborate with the Security Coordinator on special projects Assist in training new staff Answer Telephones and dispatch calls from the command centre Handle a variety of dispatch duties including incident call taking.
