The Business Partner, Selling & Marketing Excellence Manager is responsible for designing, influencing, and executing strategic and operational plans aligned with Business Unit priorities and Selling Excellence objectives.
This role plays a critical part in strengthening the capabilities of sales and marketing teams by delivering high-impact development solutions that enhance commercial performance in the High Specialty market.
This position partners closely with business leaders to identify capability gaps, implement targeted development initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and commercial excellence.
