SEN Teaching Assistant

Overview

We are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join the team at a SEN school which supports Key Stage 3 students (Years 7-9). The site features six classrooms used for teaching small groups as well as withdrawal and intervention sessions. There is also a small hall that provides space for larger group activities and serves as a dining area during break and lunch times.

Students at this site follow a differentiated, broad, and balanced Key Stage 3 curriculum, designed to support their individual learning needs and prepare them for making informed exam choices in Key Stage 4. The school caters for pupils with a range of needs, including BESD, SEMH, SLD, ASD, and ADHD, providing a structured, nurturing environment where every learner can thrive.
