Senior Accountant – Equity Compensation & SEC Reporting

About The Role

Senior Accountant supporting corporate accounting, financial reporting, SEC reporting, SOX 404 compliance, and serving as a subject matter resource.

Responsibilities

Stock-Based Compensation

• Own end-to-end stock-based compensation accounting under ASC 718 (expense recognition, forfeitures, modifications, settlements).
• Prepare, review, and analyze equity compensation schedules and roll forwards; ensure accuracy for period-end close.
• Provide subject matter guidance on equity compensation to cross-functional partners (HR, Legal, Payroll).
• Lead preparation/review of equity-related SEC disclosures (footnotes and supporting documentation).
• Identify and implement process improvements/automation in equity accounting workflows.

SEC Reporting & Workiva Support

• Prepare and review assigned quarterly/annual SEC filing sections (Forms 10-Q, 10-K) for accuracy, consistency, and ...
