Senior Accountant for Global Real Estate

Drive financial performance as a Senior Accountant in AIMCo's Global Real Estate division. Oversee financial reporting and contribute to project efficiencies within foreign real estate accounting.
You will play a crucial role in managing the financial reporting process for a portfolio valued at over $8.5 billion, ensuring compliance with international standards. Your responsibilities will include preparing quarterly updates, managing budgets, and participating in the onboarding of new investments using the Yardi system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Compile and prepare consolidated financial statements
• Validate financial data and address audit queries
• Facilitate quarterly fund updates and loan validations
• Lead property portfolio annual budget processes
• Develop accounting policy documents supporting reporting
Requirements:
• Completion of CPA designation is required
