Senior Accountant

Overview: To oversee and execute core accounting functions while supporting the financial operations of the plant.
This role requires a hands-on and adaptable professional capable of managing accounting responsibilities and contributing to broader operational needs, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective support for business decisions.
Responsibilities: Take leadership through alignment with the Plant Manager reporting structure regarding development, implementation, and corporate-driven procedures.
Establish and maintain the necessary controls to safeguard company assets.
Prepare periodic financial reports, including financial statements, budgets, plans, forecasts, etc.
Maintain the plant's cost system standards and prepare related reports and analyses.
