About the job Senior Accountant - Real Estate A well-known large publicly traded corporation is hiring for senior accountant for Real Estate projects. Responsibilities include:

Perform monthly calculations, reconciliations and recording of revenues and commissions for real estate projects

Prepare internal and external partner reporting for real estate projects and manage full cycle accounting

Prepare and process construction draws, cash calls , distributions and cash flow reconciliations and manage working capital

Support auditors for external audit

Perform month end closing and prepare accounting working papers

Analyze development projects and perform budget versus actuals

Requirements

Atleast 2-3 years strong accounting experience in a public company or audit firm

CPA designation or in process
