Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Senior Accountant Technician is responsible for managing key aspects of the full accounting cycle, including prepaids, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accruals. This role is also a key contributor to continuous improvement of accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening New Vendors and Customers
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Execute wire transfers
• Process accounts receivable and monitor collections, customer deposits, bad debt reserve
• Manage and reconcile prepaid accounts
• Manage and reconcile accrual accounts
• Review and process employee expense reports
• Prepare and post journal entries and month-end adjustments
