We are seeking an experienced and strategic Adobe Journey Optimizer Architect (AJO) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of customer journey orchestration using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Journey Architecture & Strategy

• Design and own the end‑to‑end customer journey strategy leveraging Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Define cross‑channel activation frameworks (email, push, in‑app, web) based on behavioral triggers and business objectives.
• Lead discovery and roadmap planning for journey use cases, working closely with marketing, CRM, and product teams.

Adobe Platform Expertise
