Senior Advisor, Corporate Finance

**Job Summary**

The Senior Advisor, Corporate Finance supports the development and execution of CN’s treasury and corporate finance strategies. The incumbent collaborates with multiple internal teams and external financial institutions and ensures high‑quality financial analysis, modelling, and reporting to support effective treasury decision‑making.

**Main Responsibilities**

**Monitor Liquidity for Diversified Sources of Funding**

· Support the preparation and analysis of liquidity and funding plans, and capital allocation recommendations

· Assist in the execution of debt financing activities, including bond issuances and short‑term funding requirements such as commercial paper and accounts receivable securitization financings

· Assist with the execution, amendments or renewals of credit facilities and loan agreements
