Senior ALM and Treasury Analyst

We are looking for a senior ALM who will lead the strategic management of the client’s balance sheet, interest rate risk, and liquidity positioning. This role will act as a thought partner to the treasurer.

The role will provide deep subject matter expertise in ALM, with experience in QRM. The SVP will also be responsible for developing a high-performing ALM team, strengthening analytical capabilities, and aligning ALM insights with executive decision-making across Treasury, Finance, Risk, and business leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Treasurer and executive leadership to shape the bank’s balance sheet strategy across interest rate environments.
• Provide forward-looking insights on interest rate risk, liquidity positioning, and funding strategy to support strategic planning.
• Drive discussions at ALCO (Asset Liability Committee) and contribute to executive decision-making on balance sheet management.
