Senior Analyst, Practice Operations (Performance Improvement Practice)

You’ll join the Product, Practice & Knowledge (PPK) group within Bain’s Performance Improvement (PI) practice . The PI practice helps clients improve productivity, cost, and operational effectiveness by combining deep functional expertise with analytics, digital tools, and scalable ways of working.

In this role, you’ll work closely with global PI Operations Director supporting Solution / Regional practice teams with practice operations, performance management, and commercial execution. You’ll collaborate with PPK leaders and central Bain teams to deliver data, insights, and operational infrastructure that help the practice operate effectively and scale.
