Senior Architectural Design Technologist Design Production

The Senior Architectural Design Technologist will contribute to all stages of project development, working with consultants in completing various project deliverables. The responsibilities will include conception, design-to-fit customer needs, and team collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creation, design, and execution of projects in Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development and tender packages.

Development of innovative and functional design solutions and processes.

Identify specific needs on architectural guidelines for new subdivisions.

Creating CAD drawings, along with compiling specifications, cost estimates, and material quantity lists based on initial design concepts and instructions.

Building architectural and display models, as well as developing three-dimensional virtual models to visualize architectural designs effectively.

Design new homes, new elevations and site plans.
