About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Associate to join our Investment Banking team. The role involves executing M&A transactions, performing financial analysis, conducting industry research, preparing client presentations, and supporting deal origination initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead key workstreams on M&A, capital raises, and strategic advisory mandates.
• Build and review detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, comparables, accretion/dilution, precedent transactions).
• Prepare CIMs, pitch materials, management presentations, and other client deliverables.
