Title: Senior Atlassian Platform Engineer – Jira, Confluence, JSM
Role Overview
Our team is currently undersized relative to the scale and complexity of the Atlassian environment we support. We require a contractor who can contribute immediately at a senior level, with minimal technical ramp‑up, to increase delivery capacity while maintaining platform standards and reducing operational risk.
This is not a general team augmentation request. The role requires an experienced Atlassian specialist who can independently design, configure, migrate, and support solutions in a large shared enterprise environment.
Environment Complexity
The successful candidate will be supporting an enterprise‑scale environment of approximately:
- 3,000 Jira and Confluence licenses
- 1,200 Jira Service Management licenses
- 500 active Jira projects
- 800 Confluence spaces
