• Lead and manage the overall relationship of a client block, providing strategic consulting advice, service delivery, financial management, plan design, pricing strategies, trend analysis, renegotiation of renewals, and benchmarking of benefit plans.
• Develop and implement strategies and activities to support client retention and maintain positive relations with client decision‑makers.
• Manage client expectations, effectively dealing with concerns or issues.
• Identify the client’s group insurance risks and recommend appropriate plan design and cost‑mitigation strategies.
