You are pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere at AEO where customers can engage deeply with our brand. Your role revolves around using the AEO Selling Model to guide shoppers, while also introducing them to our loyalty program. With a problem-solving approach, you will prioritize guest satisfaction, switching between various tasks on the Salesfloor, in the Fitting Room, and handling Stockroom duties.
