Description
Senior Brand Designer – IssuedInk
Compensation: Starting salary of 5,000,000 COP per month during the initial 90-day probationary period. Upon successful review based on performance, creative quality, consistency, and overall contribution to the IssuedInk brand direction, compensation will increase to 6,500,000 COP per month.
Performance evaluations will consider:
- Design quality and aesthetic alignment
- Branding and campaign execution
- Reliability and communication
- Ability to maintain IssuedInk’s high-end urban visual identity
- Creative contribution and initiative
Position Type: Full-time, in-office position based in Medellín, Colombia.
