Responsibilities
Business Analysis
Lead requirements gathering workshops with Sales, Field Operations, and Commercial teams.
Analyze current Direct Delivery / Field Sales processes and identify optimization opportunities.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Ensure alignment between regional business requirements and global standards.
Project Management
Lead end-to-end project delivery (scope, timeline).
Manage cross-functional teams including IT, Sales Operations, and external vendors.
