Senior Business Analyst

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join one of North America's largest retail and wellness companies. This individual will be working on a mobile stock room application which allows store workers to find products quicker for purchase in-store and online.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify, gather, and prioritize business and technical requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed requirements and actionable functional specifications
• Facilitate backlog refinement and prioritization in consultation with the Product Manager.
• Align with Program, Product and business stakeholders on dependencies, delivery, and scope.
• Create Epics and user stories in JIRA and documents in Confluence.
• Partner with Quality Assurance and Development members to validate new features & enhancements, issue tracking and assists in deployment.
