Senior Business Cosultant (Agentic AI Strategy)

Position Description

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 1 day per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Advise business and technology stakeholders on the strategic adoption and business application of Agentic AI capabilities across enterprise operations and customer journeys.
• Assess current-state business processes and identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled agents for workflow automation, decision support, operational efficiency, and service optimization.
• Facilitate workshops and strategic discussions with cross-functional teams to define future-state AI-enabled operating models and workflow orchestration strategies.
• Develop recommendations for integrating human, digital, and AI-driven activities into scalable and governed enterprise workflows.
