About the Role
Magest is hiring a Senior CAD Designer to lead the detailing and modeling of cold-formed steel (CFS) framing and hollowcore precast concrete systems on commercial, multi-family, and institutional projects. You’ll work closely with structural engineers, project managers, and shop fabrication teams to translate design intent into accurate, build-ready drawings and models. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who takes pride in precision, constructability, and clean, well-organized models.
What You’ll Do
- Develop production-quality shop drawings, layouts, and 3D models for cold-formed steel framing assemblies and hollowcore plank systems.
- Build and maintain accurate Revit models, families, and AutoCAD details that meet project standards and downstream fabrication needs.
