Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the effective and efficient operation of College of the North Atlantic's Bay St. George Campus, including associated buildings and facilities within the region.
• Support the implementation, delivery, evaluation, and quality assurance of academic programs, ensuring compliance with curriculum and accreditation requirements.
• Lead campus operational and administrative services that support students, employees, and academic programming.
• Oversee campus resources, including financial management, human resources, facilities, infrastructure, and physical assets, and ensure responsible budget administration.
• Lead the supervision, performance management, development, and retention of faculty and staff, and address student and employee issues as they arise.
