Senior Casualty Claims Adjuster

This position can be based in either our Burnaby or Edmonton office.

The Senior Casualty Claims Adjuster is responsible for handling a range of casualty claims, from minor to complex, including residential and commercial liability, bodily injury and property damage, auto bodily injury, and products and completed operations liability.

This role involves delivering a high level of customer service throughout the claims process, including thorough investigation, coverage evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of claims within policy terms and in accordance with Claims Manual guidelines.

The Adjuster will also provide guidance to independent adjusters and legal counsel as required throughout the claims lifecycle.
